We keep a Membership Register and membership is renewable annually.

Membership fees were recalculated to include GST from 1 July 2000.

Memberships are now free.

Individuals who join as members are classed as "ordinary members" of the Association and have rights, including voting rights, as set out in our Rules.

Organisations who join as members are classed as "associate members" and do not have voting rights.

Members are encouraged to have a say in respect of all aspects of the Service's operations and their views, opinions, ideas and criticisms are always welcomed.

Under our Association's Rules, life membership can be granted to any individual who has performed conspicuous service to the Townsville Community Legal Service.
